100 Black Men Of Syracuse have been in our community for over 8 years. They've been an invaluable resource whether it be mentoring youth, creating programs for health and wellness, or teaching financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Their service to our community has been nothing short of phenomenal. Please show your support for this great organization by attending their 8th annual banquet this Saturday at the OnCenter.
I came to Syracuse to attend Syracuse University and I never left. I LOVE SYRACUSE. I’m originally from Albany, NY where I am the fifth of seven kids. I’ve often been asked why I’m still here in the ‘Cuse? All I can say is that I’ve grown very attached to the city and its people. That’s why I absolutely LOVE doing what I’m doing where I’m doing at. I get great satisfaction knowing that Power 620 is THE ONLY station CNY playing R&B. But, most of all I enjoy seeing the difference our station is making to the black community of Syracuse and CNY. As long as I have a voice on Power 620, the Syracuse community can rest assured that they will have a voice in our community.
