Postal worker shot on I-57 hours after separate shooting on expressway

This is a terrible story. A postal worker was fatally shot on I-57 late Monday, just hours after another shooting on the same highway wounded three people. Tamara Clayton, 55, was on her way to work about 10 p.m. Monday when someone fired three shots at her vehicle in the northbound lanes of I-57 near Cicero Avenue in Oak Forest. Clayton worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 25 years. Too many guns in the hands of too many cowardly punks.
