Hello, Police? I See A Black Person. Can You Come Right Away?

We've seen a rash of these incidents lately probably because of social media and the 24/7 news cycle. Just because this has been going on for a long time, doesn't minimize the degradation a person feels having to justify being at a place they have every right to be at. Here's just one example of this ever increasing phenomenon.
