How I Avoid Coronavirus Anxiety

The only thing on everyone's mind right now is the Coronavirus. We are worried about our health and the health of our friends and family members. Plus we are also worried about our financial situations. How are we going to make it through this pandemic? I have found myself restless at night thinking about these same things. So I decided that instead of watching MSNBC 24 hours a day I would start reading. Forget all the updates and stats...I have found a way to forget the madness! Reading makes you feel so much better because it takes you away from what you are thinking and it gives you new thoughts and new ideas. So pick up those books that you never finished and start reading again. Find a nice quiet spot...get away from everything and read. I guarantee you will feel so much better....
