By now, a large portion of the population has seen the Lifetime docu-series, Surviving R. Kelly. Most people who didn't have a negative opinion of Kells before, now do. It's a shame that it takes a documentary for people to finally realize the abuse that he perpetrated upon Black women and Black girls. We've had plenty of proof over the last 20 years that proves his egregious behavior. It seems as he was hiding in plane sight and that his crimes were an"open secret". One of the results from the airing of the docu-series is a spike in R. Kelly music streams. Trevor Noah of the Daily Show gives us his thoughts on that.
