The Chicago Bears and Caleb Williams have come to terms on a rookie deal for the No. 1 overall pick. The deal is for four years and a fully-guaranteed $39.49 million, with a $25.5 million signing bonus. Earlier in the day, fellow top ten draft pick Rome Odunze also agreed to and signed his rookie contract with the Bears.
